COMMERCIAL A true measure of design success may be observed by how many people use an outdoor space. To design for one’s ego and with the hope to be noticed by creating an abstract, unaffordable, unrealistic document is not my style. I enjoy the challenge of creating human scaled sub-spaces within the larger context of a large commercial property. I also believe that it is very possible through creative horticulture to utilize available materials in unique ways to make a property be both noticed and sustainable.
